Objective: This article examines a reshaped service model for research data management (RDM) founded on centralized and cohesive collaboration between multiple stakeholders at large university in Canada. initiative, along with newly formed team dedicated to RDM provision, is joint effort by the institution’s Vice-Principal Research Innovation (VPRI), Library, IT Services, Ethics units.Methods: presents single case study methodology. The authors reflect services such as “query panel” sessions where researchers across all disciplines bring their questions representatives from IT, Ethics, VPRI. also highlights use of Jira’s desk software user system. present descriptive statistics representing engagement this new unit our services.Results: Support requires expertise domains. With collaborative approach guiding principle focus establishing small, but agile comprised librarian VPRI, it possible leverage resources support broad range units an institution. Conclusions: At many institutions, are siloed within library or adjacent campus unit. New digital technologies have profoundly transformed academic disciplines, necessitating evolution corresponding data-related services. will conclude outlining specific lessons learned reshaping infrastructure-related institution.
